About this role

We are looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join our fabulous team. This role offers a unique blend of autonomy and high-level support. You will have the opportunity to build strong client relationships through sole charge branch work (approximately 50% of your time, or more if preferred), while knowing you have the full backup of our main hospital and referral team.

Key responsibilities and opportunities include:

• Clinical Confidence: Managing consultations, working up cases to a high standard, and performing routine surgeries such as neutering and small surgical procedures.
• Autonomy with Support: Enjoying the independence of branch work with the safety net of a fully equipped hospital and expert colleagues just down the road.
• Flexible Scheduling: We champion a healthy work-life balance with a 4-day work week and a flexible weekend rota (1 in 8, or a split weekend option).

• A competitive annual salary of £38,000 – £60,000, commensurate with your experience.
