We are a premier Emergency and Critical Care provider located in Barnet, a location renowned for its green spaces, village feel, and convenient access to vibrant culture and travel links. Our clinic is designed to ensure you are never alone. On every shift, you will work alongside a dedicated support team comprising a Registered Veterinary Nurse, an Animal Care Assistant, and a Receptionist. Beyond the clinic walls, you have access to a national network of referral centers and a central Support Office to help handle the logistics, allowing you to focus entirely on clinical excellence. About this role
This is a pivotal leadership position where you will lead from the front, blending high-level clinical expertise with mentorship. - Clinical Leadership: Upholding and driving high clinical standards across the practice.
- Mentorship: Actively supporting the growth, training, and wellbeing of your veterinary colleagues.

- Emergency Medicine: Leading the team through complex emergency cases with confidence and calm.
- Operational Management: Utilizing protected time to manage leadership duties and meetings effectively.

Our offer
We understand that life outside of work matters, which is why we offer a roster designed for balance—averaging 40 hours per week with no more than three consecutive nights. To attract a leader of your caliber, our package includes:
- A highly competitive salary up to £95,000 DOE
- 7 weeks of annual leave (pro rata)
- Full-time role with a mix of nights and weekends (1:2), or flexible/part-time options
- Generous CPD allowance of £1,875 plus 35 paid hours
- RCVS fees, VECCS membership, and VDS cover paid
