About us
Since launching in 1982, our practice has been a cornerstone of the Thornton Heath community, providing high-quality care with a personal touch. As an RCVS-accredited clinic, we pride ourselves on a warm, supportive culture where every team member is valued and their ideas truly count. Our facility is well-equipped with ultrasound, digital radiography (including dental), multiparameter monitoring, and specialized tools like the Tonopen and Petmap. Being part of the VetPartners family, we offer the intimacy of a local clinic backed by a robust professional network, including access to Orthopaedic and Cardiology specialists. We are a sociable group that enjoys team nights out and keeping the treat cupboards well-stocked, ensuring a positive, energetic environment for everyone.

About this role
Your mission is to deliver exceptional clinical care while building lasting bonds with a loyal local client base. You will manage a varied caseload featuring a balanced mix of surgical operations and consultations. This is a flexible opportunity where we can discuss 3-4 day work weeks (9.5-hour shifts) to suit your lifestyle, with no out-of-hours or on-call requirements.
Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in routine small animal surgical procedures.
- Confidence in general consultations and empathetic client communication.
- Ability to manage sole charge during Saturday morning rotations (1:3).
- Familiarity with routine rabbit care and procedures.
- Commitment to maintaining high clinical standards and RCVS protocols.

- Remuneration: Salary up to £55,000 per annum (pro rata, depending on experience).
