About us

Since launching in 1982, our practice has been a cornerstone of the Thornton Heath community, providing high-quality care with a personal touch. As an RCVS-accredited clinic, we pride ourselves on a warm, supportive culture where every team member is valued and their ideas truly count. Our facility is well-equipped with ultrasound, digital radiography (including dental), multiparameter monitoring, and specialized tools like the Tonopen and Petmap. We are a sociable group that enjoys team nights out and keeping the treat cupboards well-stocked, ensuring a positive, energetic environment for everyone.

My cat Taylor always receives the best care when I take him to his appointments. The staff are so caring and professional. Thank you to the Mark Nelson Team. We appreciate you – Bonnie S – Google Review
